Highly effective cleaner for all types of technical apparel. Especially recommended for Gore-Tex and other waterproof, breathable shell garments.

This performance wash is designed to clean deeply without compromising the structure or function of technical fabrics. It removes dirt and odors while preserving the features that keep you dry and comfortable outdoors.

The formula is environmentally friendly and Bluesign certified. Effective at low wash temperatures to help reduce energy use.

New concentrated formula. One 100 ml bottle now washes four machine loads instead of three. The bottle is made from OWP plastic, recycled from ocean waste.

How to use:

1. Close all zippers and hook-and-loop fasteners.

2. Add detergent. Use 25 ml to wash one jacket or two midlayers or fleece garments.

3. Load garments and wash on a warm cycle that includes rinsing. The wash is effective even at 30 °C. Allow the machine to complete the full wash and rinse cycle. Do not use fabric softener.

4. Remove garments and air dry, or tumble dry if permitted by the garment care instructions.

5. If you plan to reproof immediately after washing, check the instructions of the waterproofing product to see whether it can be applied to wet garments or if drying is required first.

For heavily soiled gear, apply the wash directly to stains before laundering.

Used separately, Performance Wash detergent and Performance Repel waterproofing are slightly more effective than Granger’s 2-in-1 Wash and Repel, which combines both steps. The manufacturer recommends using the separate products every fourth wash and reproof cycle to maintain optimal garment performance over time.
