Karttakauppa Lemmenjoki — Hiking Map 1:50 000 / 1:100 000

Karttakauppa’s waterproof and tear-resistant hiking maps are designed for all kinds of outdoor adventures. The map data is based on the same high-quality cartographic material previously published by Karttakeskus and has been updated to reflect the year of publication.

The Lemmenjoki Hiking Map covers the entire Lemmenjoki National Park. Most of the map is printed at a scale of 1:100,000, with selected areas shown in greater detail at 1:50,000, where 1 cm on the map represents 500 m in the terrain.

Printed on lightweight and highly durable Tyvek®, the map is fully waterproof, tear-resistant, and built to withstand demanding backcountry conditions. It dries quickly and remains reliable even after repeated exposure to rain and heavy use.

The topographic data is based on the official mapping material maintained by the National Land Survey of Finland and is complemented with extensive information for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. Marked hiking routes, wilderness huts, shelters, campsites, accommodation, cafés, river crossing points, and other useful services and points of interest are clearly indicated.

The map also highlights 10 notable natural and cultural attractions, each described in both Finnish and English in the map margins. In addition, the margin includes the coordinates of all wilderness huts within the map area. The map uses the ETRS89 coordinate system.
