The Women’s MT500 Down Hoody is a lightweight yet exceptionally warm insulated jacket designed for hiking, trekking, and active outdoor use in cold conditions. Built for mountain adventures and cool-weather layering, it combines premium down insulation with a highly packable design that performs reliably from autumn trails to winter camp breaks.

Filled with responsibly sourced RDS-certified down, the jacket delivers outstanding warmth-to-weight performance while remaining compact enough to disappear into your backpack when not in use. The high-quality 800 fill power down traps heat efficiently, helping keep you warm in temperatures down to approximately -10°C during active movement. For stationary use, the comfort range is around 0°C.

The durable outer fabric features a water-repellent, PFC-free treatment that helps protect against light moisture and snow. Reinforced ripstop construction improves durability by limiting the spread of tears and abrasions, making the jacket suitable for demanding outdoor environments. The insulation blend of 90% down and 10% feathers provides an excellent balance of warmth, breathability, and compressibility.

Designed with practicality in mind, the jacket includes an insulated hood, two handwarmer pockets, a secure internal zip pocket, and additional inner storage pockets for gloves or accessories. Its lightweight construction makes it ideal for layering during hikes, alpine adventures, and everyday cold-weather use. Size M weighs approximately 400 g.

The jacket packs into its own compact stuff sack for easy transport and minimal pack volume.

Care Instructions:

Machine washable for regular winter use. Wash at 30°C using a detergent suitable for down or technical garments. Use 2–3 tennis balls during washing and tumble drying on low heat to help restore loft. Repeat drying cycles until the jacket is completely dry.

Please note: the outer fabric is water-repellent, not waterproof. In prolonged rain, a waterproof shell layer is recommended. Water repellency may decrease over time and should be renewed after washing to maintain optimal performance.
