At the core of Airbase is its distinctive mesh knit, engineered to breathe efficiently while trapping air within its structure. This creates exceptional versatility: the shirt insulates effectively in cold conditions, yet remains comfortable in warmer or variable weather. Moisture is transferred rapidly away from the skin to outer layers, helping you stay dry during long, active days. The result is a stable, comfortable feel both on the move and during rest stops.

Against the skin, Airbase feels light, warm, and remarkably comfortable. It is well suited for outdoor pursuits, sports, and physically demanding work outdoors. In colder temperatures, it works perfectly as a next-to-skin base layer and pairs seamlessly with an insulating midlayer such as Alpha when additional warmth is needed.

The fit is close and elastic, featuring a classic crew neck and long raglan sleeves that adapt well to different shoulder widths. An extended back hem improves coverage and comfort, protecting the lower back during movement. The unisex sizing makes the model versatile and easy to choose.

Airbase is made from 100 percent polypropylene that is silver-ionized and antibacterial before the yarn is spun. This treatment reduces odor buildup and extends the time between washes. In many cases, simply airing the garment after use is enough to restore freshness. The fabric is lightweight at approximately 120 g/m², yet highly durable and easy to care for.

Care instructions:
Machine wash at 60 °C, preferably inside a laundry bag to prevent the mesh from catching on zippers or hook-and-loop fasteners. Washing frequency can be reduced by airing the garment between uses.
