The Black Diamond Distance Carbon FLZ poles are built for hikers and trail runners who demand maximum performance in the lightest possible form. Constructed entirely from carbon fiber, these poles deliver exceptional stiffness and durability without adding unnecessary weight. The three-section Z-pole design allows them to fold down quickly and compactly, making them easy to pack inside or strap to the outside of your backpack.

Equipped with the reliable FlickLock® Pro mechanism, the pole length can be adjusted swiftly and securely to suit changing terrain and elevation. Moisture-resistant EVA foam grips offer all-day comfort, even in hot or wet conditions, and the extended lower grip provides better handling on steep climbs. Detachable wrist straps and interchangeable Tech Tips (rubber and carbide included) add versatility for use across different seasons and surfaces.
