The Montane Dynamo Pants are super lightweight, packable, breathable and one of the most versatile waterproof styles in the range. Ideal for walking, hiking and general use.
Their packability means they take little room in your pack and are the ideal emergency waterproof pull-on trousers when the heavens open. Designed using a reliable Pertex Shield waterproof membrane, every seam is taped while the inner fabric is soft which makes them comfortable to wear and can be worn as standard walking trousers or over shorts or standard walking trousers.
Easy to get on in a hurry with elasticated waist and adjustable draw cord and ¾ length zips on each leg. Velcro on each calf allows you to adjust volume and a press stud seals the trousers around your walking boot to stop water getting in.

The Dynamo Pants are ultra-lightweight, fully waterproof and windproof shell pants. Designed for hiking, trail running, and mountain activities. Articulated knees enhance mobility. Made from breathable and waterproof PERTEX® Shield™ shell fabric. Seams are fully taped, and the seam tape is designed for compactness. No compromises have been made in the design. The Dynamo Pants continue Montane’s innovative line: creating minimalist yet highly reliable gear that fits into even the smallest backpack.
One of our favorite features in these pants is the adjustable cuffs with Velcro. You can put on the pants with your shoes on, and then use the convenient Velcro to narrow the cuff for a slimmer fit. This way, the typical rustling and swishing of shell pants are not a problem with these.
